UN climate talks held in Lima, Peru between December 1 -12,
2014 wrapped up in Peru with a modest agreement about the building blocks of a
deal due to be agreed in Paris next year.
I am currently studying the contents of the agreement. I
will try to interrogate and situate Africa within the framework of the
agreement. I will surely post my cogitation here on this blog.
